When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. We will contact you by email if a specific product is out of stock.

We ship all packages via UPS. For USA orders you may choose from:

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by UPS based on the weight of your package, and the zip code you enter during the checkout process. Please note: there is an additional handling fee of $3.50 on irregular shaped boxes, such as the Peek-a-Boo Pole. You will always be alerted to the additional fee on the specific product page, as well as during the checkout process. If technical difficulties prevent us from calculating applicable UPS rates, BE will contact you directly to inform you of exact shipping costs. Your order will not be shipped until full payment, is processed.
Is a signature required for delivery?
No, we do not require a signature for delivery. However, there may be exceptions to the rule when ordering a higher priced item such as the Minx or LELO Yva. You will always be alerted to the “signature required” on the specific product page, as well as during the checkout process.
Are your shipping boxes pretty?
We think so! You've just purchased a luxurious little treat for yourself or a loved one, and we think the package it arrives in should be just as special. Each BE order is wrapped in colorful tissue paper, and shipped in a clean white box bearing only a UPS delivery label.

If you have subscribed to our email list, you will receive an occasional and informative email announcing new products, additions to the site, and other news you can use.
Can I be removed from a mailing list I previously agreed to receive?

How do I clean my toys?
When in doubt, hot water and anti-bacterial soap will do the trick. But we recommend using one of the anti-bacterial toy cleaners designed specifically for use with your new purchase. Choose from a spray on like Dr. Laura Berman’s anti-bacterial version, or a convenient wipe like the ones by Afterglow. Even if you are the only one using your new toy, make sure to keep it clean for your next personal adventure to avoid yeast or bacterial infections.
Is it okay to share my toys?
Generally speaking, yes, but ONLY if you are 100% certain they have been properly disinfected. Some silicone toys are difficult to rid of bacteria, and you should NEVER swap a toy from anus to anus, or anus to vagina. When in doubt, slip a condom over the toy and continue.
Can I play with my new toy in the water?
Only if it is specifically designed for water play. Visit our BE a Mermaid aisle for some splashy aqua play.
Will a vibrator make me less sensitive to human touch?
No. While a vibrating sex toy creates different sensations than human touch, using one will not make your partner’s task of pleasing you more difficult.
Can I arrange a private home party?
