When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.  We will contact you by email if a specific product is out of stock.

 

How do I know if my order is being processed?

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the checkout process.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from UPS containing a link to track the status of your package.

 

Where do you ship?

Anywhere with a U.S. postal address. We also ship to Canada.

 

How old do I have to be to order from your site?

You must be at least 18 years of age.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal.

 

What are my shipping options?

We ship all packages via UPS.  For USA orders you may choose from: • Standard Ground (5-10 business days) • 3 Day Select • 2nd Day Air • Next Day Air

For international (Canada) orders we offer: • Worldwide Expedited

 

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated by UPS based on the weight of your package, and the zip code you enter during the checkout process.  Please note: there is an additional handling fee of $3.50 on irregular shaped boxes.  You will always be alerted to the additional fee on the specific product page, as well as during the checkout process. If technical difficulties prevent us from calculating applicable UPS rates, BE will contact you directly to inform you of exact shipping costs. Your order will not be shipped until full payment is processed.

 

Is a signature required for delivery?

No, we do not require a signature for delivery.  However, there may be exceptions to the rule when ordering a higher priced item such as LELO Yva.  You will always be alerted to the “signature required” on the specific product page, as well as during the checkout process.

 

Are your shipping boxes pretty?

We think so! You’ve just purchased a luxurious little treat for yourself or a loved one, and we think the package it arrives in should be just as special. Each BE order is wrapped in colorful tissue paper, and shipped in a clean white box bearing only a UPS delivery label.

 

Will I get spam email?

NEVER!  We do not send unsolicited email, nor do we partner with any third-party affiliates who would clutter up your inbox.   If you have placed an order on BoudoirEssentials.com, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.  If you have subscribed to our email list, you will receive an occasional and informative email announcing new products, additions to the site, and other news you can use.

 

Can I be removed from a mailing list I previously agreed to receive?

You will always have an opportunity to unsubscribe, directly from a specific email, or by contacting us at custsvc@boudoiressentials.com.
